Clothing damage or loss

We do not assume responsibility for any damage(s) to clothing when using our facilities.

This includes, but is not limited to, colour runs, fading, damage to hooks, buttons, belts, zips, and other fastenings.

This policy extends to our Wash, Dry & Fold Services, as we diligently follow customer guidelines.

To address concerns about the care of your clothes, you may provide specific instructions such as using your provided detergent and conditioner; however, you must specify this during drop-off.

Regardless, we are unable to take liability for any damge or loss.

Staff Instructions and Overloading/Misuse

Please do not overload our machines.

For drying, use a separate dryer for each wash.

Overloading can damage the machines, and customers may be held liable for any resulting damage.

If our staff requests the removal of clothes from a machine, advises against using a particular machine, or suggests using a larger machine, please comply.

Failure to do so may result in the refusal of service.

Shoes, slippers, and rugs are not allowed in our washing machines. Please ensure that only appropriate laundry items are placed in the machines

Uncollected items

We do not provide storage for clothes.

While we make an effort to retain forgotten items for one day, we do not assume responsibility for left items.

Additionally, we cannot store washing bags overnight.

Service washes must be collected within 30 days of completion, or they may be disposed of.

Timely collection ensures efficient operation and optimal use of our facilities.

Please ensure you collect your items promptly.

No eating or drinking

To preserve the cleanliness of our store, we kindly ask that customers refrain from eating or drinking inside the premises.

While we understand the need for refreshments, this policy ensures a tidy and comfortable environment for all patrons.

Please enjoy your snacks and beverages outside the store.

Your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of our launderette is greatly appreciated.

Buggies & Pushchairs

For the safety and convenience of all customers, we do not allow buggies or pushchairs in our store.

We recommend leaving them outside or at home.

Please be aware that our store can become crowded during busy times.

Kids' Presence

While we appreciate families using our services, we recommend that children stay at home during busy times to avoid congestion and ensure a safe environment for all customers.
